How does it work here?
Here are some data, for example.
The Original File has all the files seen above. So, what is possibly involved? External Solid-state Hard Drive, Internal Hard Drive, Google Drive, iCloud, etc.
So right now, the Original File is inside an internal hard drive which is your PC/Laptop. When you back it up, to a External-Hard Drive, you have a copy to the hard-drive. The questions are, is it the Original File, it self being copied, as the same folder name and contents or has the file been renamed and copied the files into that name with other various data inside that new modified file.
The questions are the files backed-up, through blogger? So certain files could be pictures, videos, audio, but blogger only has a size limit. Are some of these pictures, videos and audio backed-up to YouTube? Well than you use, Sony Vegas 9.0, Sony Vegas 16.0 or maybe Windows Movie Maker to, put together these pictures, videos and audio, to render as a video file format in order to upload the clip towards YouTube.
We would use a Microsoft Word Check List, to mark of task of data has been transferred. We either take a picture or screen-shot, of Hard-Drive, so if we have a specific hard-drive that was used, we take a picture of it, we than take a screen-shot of where the data came from, and where the data is. We also log this down to Microsoft Word. Than that Microsoft Log, which is basically like a written report, is backed up, which also gets accounted for on another log. To be able to see the files progress, and to find information is to go through blogger since we utilize its search engine.
Generally you might start on your computer with organizing everything in to files so first file has my name on it. Let it be a priority file. Than it splits into sub folders, for any photo i upload on the internet, need to be titled and put in another folder, so the files become organized the same way it was uploaded to the internet. So for the folder that holds, for a memory like Dragon Ball z than the folder that takes me to everything Dragon Ball z.
